Description

Later 18th Century. 3-storey, 3-bay terraced tenement with shop at ground, render with margins, painted at ground, E elevation in rubble; base course, eaves band.

N (BAKER STREET) ELEVATION: 4 bays at ground, shop door with

fanlight flanked by 19th century shop windows, 2 at left, 1 at right. Bays above grouped 1-2 and regularly fenestrated.

E ELEVATION: adjoining No 11, upper part of gable exposed with small attic window.

Timber sash and case windows with plate glass glazing. Graded grey slates with 2 Velux roof lights, stack to E gable
