Description

Mid-Victorian, 2-storey 5-window coursed rubble ground floor
canted bay to right, square bipartite bay to left, centre
round-arched, consoled doorpiece bays and margins painted,
bracketted eaves course, slated hipped roof. Flanking screen
walls. Small late addition S. gable. Pair of cast-iron lamp
standards at entrance.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.

FWM on Tower roan pipe dated 1882.
