Description

Mid Victorian 2-storey symmetrical semi-detached snecked
rubble-built villa, 2-window and paired arched and Roman
Doric pilastered doorpieces between arched bays,
stop-chamfered openings. Piended, slated roof. Flanking
single-storey wing each 1-window (bipartite) 1-door in screen
wall extensions, also with stop-chamfered openings.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
