Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey and attic snecked rubble villa
on corner site; Park Avenue frontage 3-window (right-hand
ground floor tripartite, others bipartites) centre wallhead
gable with centre 1st floor window raised in it with blind
lights over transom containing sculptured tympana
segment-headed, moulded doorpiece with hood mould, 2 piended
dormers with ball finials; single-storey wing has 4-light
rectangular bay to left, tripartite to right, centre door;
Glebe Crescent frontage 3-window (bipartites) 1 canted bay at
centre ground floor piended dormer head at lower central
section of roof simply moulded shouldered openings.
Patterned, slated roofs.
