Description

Later Victorian. Plain 2-storey and dormerless attic 3-window
detached villa snecked rubble, slightly advanced gabled
section to left, ground floor canted bay, bipartite at 1st
smaller slightly advanced gabled bay to right with bipartites
at both levels, centre gabled porch single-storey wings at
rear. Slated roofs.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
