Description

Circa 1855. 2-storey asymmetrical Italianate villa with
3-storey pyramid-roofed tower recessed in centre of front:
rubble-built painted margins, architraved openings E front
has ground floor canted bay, central arched tripartite porch
framed in pilasters, consoled window on S, round arched and
key blocked windows to tower 1st and 2nd floor.
Single-storey rear wings, piended, slated roofs with
bracketted eaves.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
