Description

Early/Mid Victorian asymmetrical Italianate villa 2-storey
L-plan front with 3-storey pyramid-roofed tower in re-entrant
angle:
ashlar with raised quoins, canted bay through both floors to
left, segmentally arched and key blocked windows to right.
Tower has arched and key blocked doorpiece pairs of arched
and key-blocked windows top stage. Low pitched slated roof.
Flanking single-storey 1-window wings with built-up screens.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
