Description

Mid 19th century. Late Georgian survival with Victorian
additions. 2-storey and basement villa, ashlar centre
pedimented bay with doric columned arched fanlight doorpiece,
railed steps: canted bay through all floors with enriched
frieze between 1st and 2nd on right; left-hand bay tripartite
at ground floor, bipartite at 1st; main cornice and blocking
course, hipped slated roof. Single-storey side wing with
altered fenestration.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
