Mid 19th century. Early Victorian 2-storey and basement
semi-detached villa, ashlar, each 1 canted bay 2-window and
pilastered doorpiece, reversed plans: railed steps,
rock-faced basement, main cornice, hipped slated roof.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
