Description

Mid 19th century. Victorian 2-storey attic and basement
symmetrical semi-detached, each 2-window and canted bay with
pediment over, reversed plan with bay windows at outer ends:
pilastered doorpieces with railed steps, ashlar-faced with
raised quoins and architraves, cornices at ground floor
windows, main cornice and blocking course, 1 piended dormer
at No 18. Slated roofs.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
