Description

Style of John Allan, 1890's. 2-storey semi-detached on corner
site, snecked rubble with rock faced dressings Victoria Place
frontage 2 bipartites between raised canted bays with oddly
angled roofs projected from piends, steep-roofed
single-storey and attic wing with circular windows on left;
Park Avenue frontage has pavilion-roofed entrance bay with
idiosyncratic consoled door-piece detail, first floor angle
splayed as bay, and angled single-storey and attic piend
roofed wing partly altered with later bipartite. Unusual
5-pane window divide at upper sashes.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
