Late 19th century L-plan block of industrial buildings, probably a woollen mill; 1 and 2-storey buildings, polychrome brick (? possibly from Garrabost brickworks), corner range rendered. Tiled/sheeted roofs, possibly diamond tiles originally. Fronting James Street, a long range at left, all single storey, almost black-walled, 5 small openings in regular bays; 2-storeyed at right, pair adjoining 2-bay ranges with segmental arched-openinds, narrow lights squeezed between inner bays where ranges adjoin. Skews; end stacks, long facade to Bells Road also.
