Description

Early 19th century, 2-storey, wide 3-bay house. Tooled ashlar
frontage, polished ashlar dressings, rendered flanks and
rear. Paired ashlar pilastered and corniced doorpiece; narrow
blind side lights to outer 1st floor windows linked to
centre window by cill band. Outer bays delineated by long
and short quoins. 1st floor windows in SW gable; diminutive
centre attic windows in each gable; 12-pane glazing; worn
moulded eaves cornice; corniced end stacks, renewed to SW;
slate roof.
Single storey, 4-bay wing to SW linking house with No 8,
Janet Street.
