Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay terraced cottage. Rubble walling, painted raised margins and smooth rusticated quoins. Central doorway, recessed modern door with fanlight. Single light windows, modern white UPVC framed windows. Eaves band, eaves cornice; end skews. Tall coped rusticated end stacks, good graded slate roofs. Single storey slate-roofed gabled wing at rear with box dormer and lean-to extension.

Statement of Interest

Part of Agnew Crescent B group with Items 10-12 and 14. Unauthorised change to glazing cited above, noted 1991.
