Description

Earlier 19th century. Pair of single storey terraced cottages merged as one. Rubble walling, painted raised margins and rusticated quoins. Central doors with fanlights, blinded door to right. Flanking these, single light windows; sash and case with plate glass glazing. To extreme left rusticated margins to pend door. Eaves band, eaves cornice. End skews; coped end stacks, good graded slate roofs. Sandstone ridge. Plastic rainwater goods. Three small box dormers torear.

Statement of Interest

Part of Agnew Crescent B group with Items 10-13. Modern glazing installed without consent replacing that cited above, noted in 1991.
