Description

Late 18th century. 3-storey and attic, 5-bay symmetrical tenement with shops at ground. 20th century pebble dash to floors above ground. Cornice above shopfronts.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central doorway to tenement; small-pane glazing to 2 shops to left; public house to right (25-27 Causewayside) with panelled pilasters between openings; regular fenestration to 1st and 2nd floors above; central 3-bay nepus gable; piend roof dormers flanking gable.

12-pane, timber, sash and case windows. Grey slate pitched roof; coped stack to nepus gable; coped mutual stacks; moulded cans.
