1844. Gothic hall church with entrance tower and spire. Whinstone and sandstone rubble with harl-pointing; base course; angle buttresses; hoodmoulds.
S ELEVATION: broad gable with stepped 3-light lancet window; angle buttresses. 2-stage tower with tall stone broached spire, gableted lucarnes with fleur-de-lis finials; cast-iron finials; pointed arch door at centre ground; 2-light Y-traceried window directly above.
W ELEVATION: broad gable to outer left; 2 lancets partly concealed by modern glazed timber porch at centre ground. 3 symmetrical bays to right, narrow lancets, modern timber plate glass window; buttresses dividing bays. Lower gabled single storey block to outer left, window and door.
Predominantly later glazing, diamond lead-panes to tower windows. Graded grey slate. Ashlar coping to skews; celtic cross finial
INTERIOR: ground floor modernised as cafe. Upper floor reached through stair tower, now shop, stained glass rose window.
The building was the former Arrochar Free Church. The graveyard to the W is listed separately.
