Description

Earlier 19th century with subsequent alterations. 4-storey corner block with modern shops built out at ground. Painted lined render with ashlar dressings. Railings above shops. 3 bays to Princes Street,

2 to South St Andrews Street. Swept angle at 1st floor, corbelled to long and short quoins above. Band course above 1st floor, cill course to 2nd; cornice and balustraded parapet. Architraved windows.

Timber sash and case windows (casements at 2nd floor). Piended roof; rendered stacks; grey slates.

INTERIOR: modernised shops at ground.
