Neglected, but seemingly still in fair condition. South Avenue is now not much more than a partly tarred farm track. The end from off A811 from Gartocharn is sign posted a private road. When it reaches the bridge and Woodend Lodge it has been gated. But the bridge is easily accessed from the other end of the road where it leads out form the side of Buchanan Golf Course.
