Probably 18th century in origin, substantially modernised. 3-bay house, 2-storey plus loft. Rubble walls harled and painted, smooth margins.
N ELEVATION: off-centred door with plain fanlight, flanked by window to right (W) and projecting lean-to with small window to left; 2 windows above in outer bays.
S ELEVATION: central projecting access stair incorporating 2 shed doors, flanked by window to right (E) at ground floor. Door off-centre at 1st floor, flanked by 2 small windows to right, 1 small window to left.
E AND W ELEVATIONS: W gable with projecting lean-to shed, door to N side, single small window in gablehead. E gable blank.
Windows variable, 4-pane sash and case to ground floor, most others modern single pane, 2 velux windows to front. Roof in modern pantiles, plain skews, small gable stacks with plain pots.
Listed as a rare survivor of the earlier vernacular style in this village.
