Later 18th century. 3-storey, 3-bay above ground, small tenement in irregular terrace. Harled with painted margins. Base and ground floor lintel courses.
S (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: 4 ground floor bays with 2-leaf timber door below modern canopy off centre left, windows in flanking bays and timber door with blocked letterbox fanlight to pend entrance at outer right. 3 bays (grouped to left) to 1st and 2nd floors, the latter with smaller windows close to eaves; modern rooflights over outer bays.
N ELEVATION: various elements including pitch-roofed, round stair tower.
W ELEVATION: gable-line of former neighbour now demolished.
Plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Broad, coped gablehead stack with thackstane and ashlar-coped skew to left.
