Description

Mid to later 19th century, altered at ground. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement with shop at ground, in irregular terrace. Painted ashlar with stone cills. Eaves course.

N (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: modern centre door shop with flanking tile piers and deep fascia board abutting 1st floor cill course, 3 windows to each floor above.

12-pane glazing pattern to 2nd floor and 6-pane over plate glass lower sashes to 1st floor, all in timber sash and case windows; fixed display windows to ground. Grey slate. Cast-iron downpipe and rainwater hopper.
