Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay office building. Ashlar sandstone with base course, 2-tier banded dividing frieze, impost course and decorative corbel table under eaves cornice and blocking course.

HIGH STREET ELEVATION: 4 segmental-headed, stilted openings, divided by polygonal shafts on pedestal bases, doorway in opening to right with stone studded cavetto surround, field-panelled door and plate glass fanlight; windows to centre and left with nailhead panelled aprons.

3 windows at 1st floor with moulded shoulder-arched heads.

Gabled projection in rig to rear with lean-to outbuilding adjoined at right angles at ground.

Plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Ashlar gablehead stack to left and truncated to rear gablehead.
