Description

Late 18th century. 3-storey (3rd breaking eaves) tenement with public house at ground. Rendered, harled at ground floor. Door to right and small windows flanking to left and far left at ground. 3 windows at 1st floor that at centre smaller. 2 2nd floor windows breaking eaves in square dormerheads.

Timber sash and case windows with plate glass or 4-pane glazing. Graded grey slates. Gablehead stack.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1996.
