Mid 19th century. Oval rubble building with gabled entrance porch to W, covering oval chamber. Depressed-arched door to porch. Open-eaved slate roofs, now in disrepair. Small loading platform to SW.
Exceptionally spectacular and complete group of large house and ancillaries. Roof pitch of porch similar to that of Taymouth Dairy (item 31) of c1835.
