Description

Earlier to mid 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay asymmetrical house within terrace. Roughly coursed re-pointed rubble with painted cement margins to openings.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: low stone step to deep-set part-glazed timber panelled door with rectangular fanlight at ground in bay to right of centre; window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in each remaining bay. Blocked doorway at ground in bay to outer left.

Predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case windows; 2-pane timber sash and case windows at ground in bays to left. Grey slate roof; stone ridge; stone skews; coped rubble stacks; red clay cans; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.
