Description

Mid to later 19th century. 2 storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan symmetrical house in terrace with close to left. Cement-rendered and lined with plain margins to openings.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: deep-set part-glazed timber panelled door at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in each bay flanking.

Modern 2-pane timber sash and case windows; 3 evenly disposed roof lights. Welsh slate; stone ridge; concrete skews; coped, extended concrete ashlar gablehead stacks to N and S; plain cans; uPVC rainwater goods with some cast-iron gutter sections remaining.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.
