Description

Mid to later 19th century. Double chamber, rectangular-plan lectern game larder (probably converted from dovecot). Bull-faced rubble with ashlar dressings. Stepped and moulded string courses, crowstepped flanks and dormer gablehead, moulded skewputts. Stone mullions and chamfered arrises.

NE ELEVATION: 2 windows below moulded string course giving way to small louvered bipartite opening below dripstone in dormer gablehead.

SW ELEVATION: boarded timber door in bay to right of centre and window to left, and small louvered bipartite opening to centre above.

NW ELEVATION: boarded timber to ground with stepped string course/alighting ledge over.

SE ELEVATION: window to ground with stepped string course/alighting ledge over.

Diamond-pattern glazing in timber windows. Grey slate.
