Description

Late 19th century, possibly incorporating earlier fabric. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings, harled section to rear.

NW (MAIN STREET) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Centre bay with part-glazed timber door, window and gablet breaking eaves above; small window immediately to right and bipartite windows to outer bays at each floor.

SE ELEVATION: door off-centre left at ground with advanced piended bay to right and stone forestair to centre 1st floor door with window immediately to right and further window to left.

NE ELEVATION: blank gabled elevation, harled extension to left with door and adjacent window at ground, 2 small windows to 1st floor, further lean-to extension beyond to left.

4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with cans.
