Description

Later 18th century with 19th century alterations. Single storey, 3-bay cottage forming part of terrace with lower single storey, more steeply pitched, 2-bay wing (former coach house) to outer right. Squared and snecked tooled cream sandstone rubble (rake-jointed in part); tooled quoins; tooled and droved long and short surrounds to openings; projecting cills.

NW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: main block with part-glazed timber panelled door in projecting central porch; letterbox fanlight; single windows in flanking bays. Lower wing to outer right with boarded timber door in bay to left; boarded timber garage doors to right.

SE (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen 1998.

Modern glazing. Grey slate steeply pitched roofs; raised skews. Brick apex stacks; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
