Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay U-plan farmhouse. Render to entrance elevation, painted rubble to sides. Eaves course; cornice; raised quoins; painted margins to windows.

SE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: gabled porch to centre, single windows at centre and re-entrant angle to left, timber door to re-entrant angle to right; single window aligned above at 1st floor. Single windows flanking at ground and 1st floor.

SW (SIDE) ELEVATION: blank gable to outer right; modern extended window to outer left, timber and glass door to right; single windows at ground and 1st floor to re-entrant angle to right; single windows at ground and 1st floor to outer right of re-entrant angle to left, timber door at ground to left; modern lean-to outer left.

INTERIOR: not seen 1999.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone skews; gablehead and ridge stacks; polygonal cans.
