Charles Campbell of Methil, 1921 with additional 1945 memorial Sculptor J Y Thomson, Leven. Celtic Cross War Memorial. Rock-faced ashlar. Base with names of fallen on plain WWII Memorial tablet, also names of fallen in Korea, Malaysia and The Falkland Islands, giving way to raked plinth with WWI roll-call above carved band "ERECTED IN LOVING MEMORY OF THE MEN OF THIS PARISH WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FIGHTING FOR THEIR COUNTRY'S HONOUR". Celtic Cross above with laurel wreath and dates 1914-18 close to base of shaft.
The memorial, erected at a cost of just over ?513, was dedicated on 21st July, 1921 with 'Reading of Roll' and 'Unveiling of Memorial' by Charles Cook, Esq., W.S.
