Probably 1850. Single storey, 3-bay lodge house with piend and polygonal roofs. Rubble with large squared granite quoins, harled to rear.
N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: timber door to centre bay under small piended roof, broad advanced bay to left with bipartite window under polygonal roof, and set-back bay to right with single window.
W ELEVATION: bipartite window under small polygonal roof in bay to left of centre and recessed harled bay to right.
E ELEVATION: small square window.
4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows, casement window to W. Graded grey slates. Coped harled stack.
