Dated 1838, restored 1980's. 2-storey 3-bay piend-roofed house on narrow, wedge-shaped site, built into churchyard wall. Coursed ashlar. Cill course at 1st floor and string course under eaves. 2-leaf timber panelled door to short NW elevation with flanking window, 2 windows above. Stone at eaves inscribed 1838.
12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Corniced, rendered stacks with circular cans.
In 'sad condition' in 1984, but since restored (inscription on chimney suggests 1988).
