Earlier 19th century. Single storey, rectangular-plan, improved cottage. Harled whinstone and slate rubble. Regular fenestration. Grey slates, lead flashing.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 3-bay, asymmetrical, door to centre left.


NE (SIDE) ELEVATION: harled gable end.

SW(SIDE) ELEVATION: obscured by adjoining cottage.

Timber framed, plate glass upper casement windows, 2 small roof lights to front. Large stone skews, chimney stacks to both gables.

INTERIOR: not seen 2001.

An end terrace cottage adjacent to the harbour. Heavily altered no 22 is to the left and modern rebuild no 20 to the far left. For further information see separate listing for 1 Easdale Island.
