Later pair of canted and piend-roofed dormers.
4-pane glazing to timber sash and case windows with horns. Grey slate. Harled end stacks with clay cans.
No 15 to 19 Princes Street is a good example of a well-proportioned, mid 19th century tenement. Its corniced windows with architraves to the 1st floor are a noteworthy addition, adding interest and simple refinement to this symmetrical building. It is an important part of the N end of the Princes Street streetscape. The simple pilastered timber shopfronts (carefully reconstructed in 2003) also add interest with Perth being particularly renowned for its wealth of fine quality shopfronts which reflect the social and economic history of the city.
