History

Estate cottage built c1849.

Exterior

2 storey cottage, limestone rubble construction, slate gabled roof with overhanging eaves and gables. Later C19 yellow brick stacks. 3 bay front elevation, off centre front door with sandstone lintol and 4-pane wide overlight. All window openings have similar sandstone lintols and slate cills, 16-pane sash windows. Lower rear wing.
