History

C18 ice-house, it is shown on the late C18 'rough draft' and could originally be part of Switzer's early C18 scheme.

Exterior

C18 deep cylindrical ice-house with domed roof. Inner walls of brick, outer facings of stone rubble up to springing level, upper coverings missing. Stone entrance tunnel retains flank walls, vault missing.
