Probably built as a house in the early C19, but adapted for use as shop with accommodation above.
Render over brick with slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 window range with round-arched passage entry to left, and C20 shop front to right, with central entrance and shop window beneath continuous fascia. Upper windows are 12 and 16-pane sashes. Axial stack set towards rear.
Forms part of a group with Nos 23, 24-25, 27, 28 and 29 Chester Street, a surviving C19 street scape now rare in Wrexham.
