Entablature hood carried on brackets to doorway, and renewed 3-light casement windows on each floor. Continuous sill band to first floor. End wall stack, shared with No 27.
Forms part of a group with Nos 23, 24-25, 26, 27 and 29 Chester Street, a surviving C19 street scape now rare in Wrexham.
