Early/mid C19, and unaltered on the street elevation.
Roughcast render with a band at first floor level, modillion cornice and Welsh slate roof. Double depth plan with doorway to right. Two storeys and basement, two windows. Round headed ground floor window and door, 6 over 6 pane sash with radiating head in arched recess, 6-panel door and fanlight timber trellis porch, steps up with railing to side. The basement window is also round headed as before. The two first floor windows are plain 3 over 6 pane sashes. Projecting eaves, plain roof with rendered stack to left. Rear elevation not seen.
Interior not seen at resurvey.
Included for its special architectural interest as a well preserved late Georgian house in a good group.
