Possibly very early C18, and then altered in the late C19 or early C20, but it could be wholly C19.
Rendered and painted, probably over timber framing, Welsh slate roof. Three storeys with each floor slightly overhanging, single bay width. The ground floor has a 2-light casements and a plain panel door to right. Above this another 2-light casement and above again a 6 6 pane sliding sash in the manner of a weaver's window. Low pitch slate roof which probably indicates that the top floor has been altered. Rear elevation not seen.
Interior not available at resurvey.
Included for its special interest as part of a group of historic buildings leading out of the town.
