History

Late C18.

Exterior

House, end of terrace. Pebbledashed and part painted walls; parapet with coping in front of slate roof with end stack. Three storeys. Two-window range of 12-pane sashes, 16-pane to ground floor with exposed frames. Doorway end left with simple doorcase. Windowless 2-storey frontage to single-storey extension right. Railed forecourt. Stepped down rear gabled cross wing with end stack.

Reasons for Listing

Listed as part of a terrace of three Georgian houses, in a prominent position. Group value with the bridge and other listed buildings in the lower part of Bridge Street.
