History

Early C19. Original list description (1975) refers to carved console brackets.

Exterior

Small Georgian house, attached at each side. Walls of painted scored stucco; low-pitched pantile roof behind plain eaves cornice. Two storeys. Two-window range of 6-pane sash windows. Ground floor has former shop window with bracketed cornice; to right doorway with replaced door under continuous moulding over passage-way entrance to side.
