The tiles date to c1500. Square tiles are ordinary Malvern 4 set tiles connected with Bristol Monastery. The oblong tiles with a hevron between three Cornish choughs point to Rhys ap Thomas. Per bend counterchanged, on a cross five cresents, the Arms of a cousin. Sable on a cross Or five cinquefoils of the first, Bishopric of St Davids. (Photo Oct 2010).
