History

House, C19, altered, renovated in late C20.

Exterior

House, painted stucco with slate close-eaved roof and C20 red brick left end stack. Two storeys, the facade dominated by a very large canted oriel window with long 12-24-12-pane sashes and timber cornice, renewed in late C20 with a plain base sloped back to front wall. Narrow 6-pane sash to right. On ground floor are 3 horned 12-pane sash windows and an arched doorway with C20 6-panel door with top 2 panels glazed. Rendered end walls (in 1977 left end was rubble stone).

Included as a C19 house with unusual large oriel.
