History

Earlier C19 small house much modernised in C20. A house is marked on this site on 1849 Hughes map.

Exterior

House, painted roughcast with slate close-eaved roof. Low facade of 2 storeys, double-fronted, offset to right. Raised plinth, 2 4-pane first floor sash windows, ground floor, centre doorway with C20 surround of fluted pilasters and cornice to half-glazed door, and paired 4-pane sash to either side. One ground floor window in left end wall.
