History

The right hand part of the property probably dates from early to mid C19. In the late C20, a lean-to attached to L was demolished and replaced by a full-height 2 window extension in matching style.

Exterior

Two storey house, rendered. Slate roof; rectangular chimney to L and centre. Four windows in all, but L side is later addition. 12-pane horned sash windows, those on upper floor set at eaves. On ground floor (from L), a window, then half-glazed door, then similar window, similar door, and square-headed doorway to passage.
