C19 external details, but possibly with earlier origins.
Two-storey, two window house with C19 external details. Slate roof with one gabled dormer. Cement render with moulded band between floors. 16-pane sash windows in stuccoed architraves, two on first floor and one to right-hand below. Doorway to L, with stuccoed architrave; six-panelled door and rectangular overlight.
Early C19 building retaining character. Group Value with Nos.1 & 2 Priory Hill, and buildings in Cathedral Close opposite.
