Slate roof, overhanging eaves and higher cross range to right rear with rubble chimney stack. 2-small pane casement windows to 1st floor; central tripartite small pane sash below. Entrance to left with bracketed hood, broad grooved pilasters, panelled reveals and 4-panel door; blocked similar entrance to right with raised hood and horned small pane sash window.
